[notification style=”tip” font_size=”13px”] How to RegisterIf you wish to register as a patient at Darwenside Dental Practice please speak to a receptionist and they will discuss the procedure with you. You will be required to fill out a medical questionnaire before seeing a dentist. We give out an initial welcome pack to everyone that registers. As from 1st April 2006 NHS patients are no longer registered with practices. However we continue to care for our NHS patients regularly; on a recall interval determined in relation to NICE guidelines. (If you wish to continue with the peace of mind of regular six monthly check ups you can register with us directly as a private patient.)[/notification]
